Shipping
Upon successful payment authorisation or receipt of payment, you will promptly receive an order confirmation by email. Order processing will commence immediately.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, you will be informed by email of the expected delivery date. In this case, the following options are available to you:
- Wait for the back-order to arrive at the communicated delivery date
- Amend or cancel your order
- Request a partial delivery (any additional shipping costs for the back-order will be covered by us)
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping notification containing a tracking link. The notification will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process.
