Revocation Right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, though it is not mandatory.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders of:
Goods that have been manufactured according to your specific requirements or that have been clearly tailored to your personal needs.
Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, such as goods that can deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded rapidly.
Goods delivered in sealed packaging that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where the seal has been removed after delivery.
Audio or video recordings or software, where the delivered data carriers have been unsealed.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you dispatch the notification of the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for this reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or to

promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is attributable to handling that was not necessary for examining the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
